Another Global Collaboration: From Bulgaria to South Africa, label print for Trade Winds wines
At Dagaprint, we pride ourselves on working with companies from all over the world. It is a pleasure for us every time we add another colorful country to our portfolio. This time, Trade Winds from South Africa entrusted us with their label printing at our facility in Bulgaria. This collaboration exemplifies our ability to serve clients worldwide while delivering exceptional results.
Trade Winds Wines was founded by Martin Voigt and Richard Wells, who shared a love of wine from an early age, fueled by their international travels and appreciation of wines from around the globe. Their mutual belief in the underappreciated quality of South African wines led to the ambition of producing distinguished wines to raise the profile of South African wine both locally and internationally.
Their journey brought them to Trade Winds – a brand that celebrates the rich heritage and exceptional quality of South African wines. To bring their vision to life, they needed a partner who could understand their vision. By working closely and using advanced printing techniques like hot foil, embossing and volume varnish, we were able to deliver high-quality labels that reflect the brand’s identity and the unique characteristics of their wines.
The stunning label design features a gold-foiled and embossed sailing boat, creating the illusion of navigating through the waves of the sea. The brand name is also embossed in gold foil, adding a touch of elegance to the overall design. A smaller label beneath the main label provides information about the type of wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc 2023.
This successful collaboration showcases our commitment to providing excellent printing services for clients across the globe, and we are thrilled to have been a part of Trade Winds wines’ journey in elevating South African wines on the international stage.
