Personal Data Protection Policy​

The Internet site http://www.dagaprint.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is operated by Dagaprint Ltd., a single-person limited liability company established and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with the UIC 110014558, with its registered office and management address in the Republic of Bulgaria, town. 5500 Lovech Str. “Veliko Tarnovo” No. 41, (hereinafter referred to as “Dagaprint” or “Administrator”). Dagaprint provides information on the scope of the User’s consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by the User (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website http://www.dagaprint.com/ and the services provided through it) by accepting the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.

The User’s personal data is processed by Dagaprint in accordance with the principles set out in the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).

1. Dagaprint is the administrator of the personal data of Users within the meaning of the DPA.
2. The basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is the User’s explicit consent to the processing of data provided when filling in a contact form for the arrangement of the services provided by Dagaprint to the User and for the achievement of legally permissible purposes pursued by the Administrator, including marketing purposes, in accordance with Art. 1(2) and (3) of the DPA. The processing of personal data of the User covers all personal data, such as email address, names, telephone number, provided by the User for the purpose of carrying out the performance of return communication by Dagaprint.
3. The Controller shall process Users’ personal data in accordance with the terms set out below for the purposes of creating, managing and using their profiles on the Site.
4. The User’s personal data is used for purposes permitted by law, pursued by the Administrator and for sending Information Materials (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of Dagaprint‘s website and the services provided through it to the User (for which the User provides their consent by submitting a request from the contact form on the website).
5. Dagaprint may provide Users’ personal data to entities entitled to receive it under applicable law, including entities entrusted with the processing of personal data. Persons entrusted with the processing of personal data on the basis of a separate contract are obliged to comply with the principles of confidentiality and security of personal data, and more specifically, not to provide access to the data to unauthorized persons and to use physical and technical security measures that are appropriate for the method of data processing. Upon written request by the User, Dagaprint shall provide them with detailed information regarding the subject entrusted with the processing of the personal data, the scope of the entrusted data and the date of the data transfer. In addition, under this line, Dagaprint also provides access to up-to-date and detailed information on the technical measures used or provided by Dagaprint to prevent the acquisition and alteration of personal data.

By using the Site, the User consents to his/her data being processed to the extent and in the manner described above and for the purposes set out in this Policy.

On the basis of Art. 1, para. 2 of the PDPA, I hereby give my explicit, specific and informed consent to the processing of my personal data (specified in the contact form for the inquiry) by Dagaprint Ltd, a limited liability company established and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 110014558, with its registered office and management address in the Republic of Bulgaria, gr. 5500 Lovech Str. “41 Veliko Tarnovo, related with the operation of the website http://www.dagaprint.com. I am aware of the right to access and amend the personal data voluntarily provided in accordance with Article 26 et seq. of the PDPA. I am aware that non-submission of personal data may significantly impede or hinder the normal operation of the http://www.dagaprint.com website.

I agree to receive via email or SMS/mobile phone from Dagaprint Ltd. Information Materials (as defined in the Terms and Conditions for the use of the website http://www.dagaprint.com/ and the services provided through it). I have been informed that in the event that I do not wish to continue to receive Information Materials/Information (as defined in the Terms and Conditions for the use of the http://www.dagaprint.com/ website and the services provided through it) from Dagaprint Ltd. I may opt-out of receiving e-mail in the manner specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Processing of business contact data for direct marketing

Where you have not contacted us directly, we may process limited business contact data about you, your name, business email address, job title, and employer, to send you relevant business-to-business marketing about our products. We obtain this data from publicly available sources, including company websites, professional and business directories, and public professional profiles.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in promoting our products to relevant business contacts. We have carried out a balancing assessment to confirm this does not override your rights.

As part of our standard business activities, we may use third-party marketing service providers to help deliver these communications. We only work with providers who are contractually bound to protect your data, and the GDPR rights set out in this policy apply equally to any partner we work with. Where any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

We keep your business contact data only as long as it is useful for marketing. If you object or unsubscribe, we stop marketing to you and retain only the minimum information necessary (your email address) on a suppression list, indefinitely, for the sole purpose of ensuring we do not contact you again. This suppression record is never used for marketing.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time, with no reason needed, by emailing us directly or using the one-step unsubscribe instruction in any message that we send you. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
