The Wine Bros

At Dagaprint, we take great pride in bringing designers’ visions to life, infusing each label we print with a unique story. With our extensive experience in the printing industry, we have honed our skills in skillfully capturing narratives on labels. Our recent collaboration with The Wine Bros wine brand serves as a testament to our expertise in printing labels that tell compelling stories.

This particular project revolved around conveying the tale of two brothers who own a vineyard in Hissar, Bulgaria. Their family name, ‘Dochev and Dochev’ serves as the signature of the brand. To portray their distinct personalities, the designer conceptualized two overlapping text bubbles. The intersecting zone between the bubbles represents their shared passion for wine. To bring this concept to life, we created a captivating element – a hole in the label paper, allowing customers to touch the bottle glass and symbolically feel the special bond between the brothers.

The non-traditional label shape complements perfectly the unique style and character of the wine. The label’s soft, smooth texture adds a tactile dimension, setting it apart from other wine bottles. The rectangular bubble features a silver frame with microembossing, adding an exquisite touch of luxury to the design. In contrast, the round bubble showcases a single-color frame, enhanced with a gloss transparent varnish.

To maintain visual harmony, the frame color is meticulously matched with the color of the sealing wax on top of the bottle, creating a seamless and cohesive element throughout the design. Furthermore, the conical shape of the bottle not only serves a practical purpose but also contributes to the overall aesthetic appeal of the label, leaving a lasting impression.
