Oriachovitza winery’s classic label: A legacy of excellence
Dagaprint proudly introduces another executed project this time for Oriachovitza Winery. The Bulgarian winemaker was established in 1938 and is nestled in the village sharing its name – Oriachovitza. This label not only signifies a commitment to tradition and quality but also celebrates the winery’s esteemed legacy within the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) framework.
Oriachovitza’s rich history, marked by its PDO status, ensures that each bottle is a reflection of the unique geographical and cultural influences of the region. This distinction has elevated the Old Red from Oryahovitsa to international acclaim, even gracing the personal collection of the late Queen Elizabeth II, showcasing the winery as an ambassador of Bulgarian winemaking.
Capsule and label design:
The label and capsule are a tribute to this storied heritage. The capsule, with its graphite silver and pale brown hues, is crowned with an embossed winery silhouette, symbolizing the winery’s elegance. Our choice of thick, textured paper for the label echoes the classic wine tradition, while the debossed winery silhouette and frame add a modern tactile dimension.
Emblem of quality:
The top of the label features the winery’s gold-embossed logo, representing the high quality and prestigious nature of Oriachovitza’s wines. This symbol is a guarantee of the exceptional wine that lies within each bottle.
Simplicity meets modernity:
In designing the label, our partner the Labelmaker aimed to balance classic simplicity with a contemporary edge. The result is a label that perfectly encapsulates the winery’s dedication to maintaining traditional winemaking methods while embracing modern aesthetics.
The new label for Oriachovitza Winery designed by the Labelmaker and executed by us is a celebration of a legacy that spans decades. It’s an honor for us to continue supporting Bulgarian businesses with heritage. Each bottle adorned with this label is not just a product but a piece of history, embodying the essence of Bulgarian winemaking excellence and its recognition on a global stage.
