Gorun Reserve

Label print and redesign for Gorun Reserve

Gorun Reserve is the latest addition to the growing portfolio of Gorun Winery. This premium design is an elevated successor to the previous editions, featuring more sophisticated vision that combines intricate ornaments with elegantly interwoven elements, where the latest technologies are used to achieve this goal. The leading theme on that label remains the playful pattern of square holes, which is a continuation to the previous designs of Gorun, but presented in far more complex and updated level. The pattern was by default the designer’s contemporary vision of Bulgarian traditional embroidery, which is in resonance with the identity of the winery. A new introduction to that label is its oval shape, aiming to achieve more classic and at the same time a bit more conservative vision. The carefully selected paper allows the embroidery elements to be presented in a prominent and different way. We, at Dagaprint, decided to apply an additional smaller round label with the winery logo on top of the main label, using the label over label technology that gives a lot of volume inside the structure of the paper. The text is heavily embossed, while the logo itself is stamped with domed copper foil. The tip is finished with a black matte wax that aims to enhance the premium brand feel. We are delighted that we were able to realize this challenging design, using the latest modern technology to achieve this impressive result.
